Business development expert and author of the internationally acclaimed management book, “Be Your Own Guru – personal and business enlightenment in just 3 days”, Olivia has been interviewed on more than 87 radio programmes and has been featured in “The Guardian”, the “Financial Times” and numerous other publications.
Olivia’s credo is that “successful companies employ successful individuals” and her powerful suite of “Be Your Own Guru” programmes have generated phenomenal results for her clients. Additionally, Olivia has recently created the PRAISE marketing system for small businesses – which is already helping companies achieve a measurable improvement to their profits.
Finally, as well as working with thousands of individuals around the world, Olivia has worked with numerous SMEs, several charities - including the Prince's Trust and ChildLine - and a variety of big name organisations including: Royal Bank of Scotland, MBNA, Barclays, Virgin Trains, Norwich Union Health Care, Life Insurance Association, Genus/ABS, Hutchinson 3G, Welsh Development Agency, AMEC, British Aerospace Consultancy and Calypso Soft Drinks.
As a trainer and personal excellence coach, Tianne Croshaw has more than 15 years experience working within the private and corporate sector – and as well as working with a number of SME’s around the county, her blue chip clients include Virgin Trains, Bentley, and Penna of London.
A regular guest on Radio Stoke, Tianne is a firm believer that the only way for organisations to achieve reduced abseentism and increased profits is by pulling out all the stops to improve staff motivation.
Equally important to staff welfare is recognising that stress is a big contributor to employee unhappiness and absenteeism – and to this end Tianne has created a highly effective “Stress Management” programme, which has been implemented successfully in a number of organisations.
Tianne also has a private clinic in Nantwich, Cheshire – and several of her corporate clients arrange for their staff to have one-to-one sessions with her privately, off site.
