As a trainer and personal excellence coach, Tianne Croshaw has more than 15 years experience working within the private and corporate sector – and as well as working with a number of SME’s around the county, her blue chip clients include Virgin Trains, Bentley, and Penna of London.
  A regular guest on Radio Stoke, Tianne is a firm believer that the only way for organisations to achieve reduced abseentism and increased profits is by pulling out all the stops to improve staff motivation.
  Equally important to staff welfare is recognising that stress is a big contributor to employee unhappiness and absenteeism – and to this end Tianne has created a highly effective “Stress Management” programme, which has been implemented successfully in a number of organisations.

  Unafraid of rolling her sleeves up and “getting stuck in”, Julie has built a strong reputation for her ability to design and deliver training and development events that meet the specific needs of private sector companies, charities and educational establishments.
  Included within her extensive client list are Rentokil Initial, the Archdiocese of Liverpool, Lakes College, Wirral Metropolitan College, Edward Dewhurst, and Integrated Digital Services.

Chairman of the Forum of Private Businesses, Noel is a chartered accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the accounting profession - the past 25 of which have been in corporate finance and business consultancy. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, a Member of the Securities Institute and a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. He is a former Regional Chairman of the Institute of Directors in the North West of England.
  Noel’s widest experience comes from advising the shareholders, directors and management of private companies. He has led and arranged acquisitions, management buyouts and disposals, raised development capital and provided strategic and business advice to numerous businesses.
  Noel’s public company experience includes having advised and reported on companies that have floated on both the main market and AiM, and acting as Rule 3 adviser under the Takeover Code.

With many years' experience in financial services and later, the mortgage industry, Paul has extensive knowledge of direct sales. After being steeped in the exacting standards of the Prudential, Paul later went on to be a director of one of the first companies to sell the highly successful "current account mortgage".

His passion however is photography and graphic design, and after successfully completing the Be Your Own Guru programme himself, he took the plunge and decided to break free of the financial services "straight jacket" and work as a freelance photographer, designer and marketeer.

As well as bringing this expertise - coupled with his business development experience to the Be Your Own Guru team, he also can be persuaded to share it with the organisation's clients too!
